Tuesday/Thursday 7-8 pm

Strength Training

My Strength class is designed to help you build confidence and strength in squats, deadlifts and presses. I combine these lifts with functional accessory lifts to further improve strength. I offer appropriate progressions, regressions, and modifications to fit your ability and need. Don't think you can get away with bad form in my class ;)

Sunday 10-11 am

Cross Training

I combine basic bodyweight, weightlifting and gymnastics movements with rowing, assault bike and running to create an extremely fun and challenging high-intensity cardio and strength training program. This class is designed for all movement skill levels to get a phenomenal workout everytime!
